Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 2, 2026
Fairy Trail Run is a game for young children, made by KIZA, Inc. The short version: Fairy Trail Run does not collect, store or share any personal information, from children or from anyone else.
What the app collects
Nothing. Fairy Trail Run has:
- no ads and no advertising identifiers,
- no analytics, crash reporting or other third-party code,
- no accounts, sign-in, chat or sharing,
- no links out of the app for children,
- no camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos, and it never asks for permission to use them,
- no internet connection of its own. The game never talks to our servers or anyone else's; only the app store's purchase code talks to the app store, to check or make the purchase.
Fairy Trail Run is on Apple's App Store first. If it comes to Google Play or the Amazon Appstore, those versions will include only that store's own code for the in-app purchase, and we'll update this page before they come out.
What stays on your device
The app saves a few things on the device so the game works: the most candy caught in one run of each trail, whether sounds are on, whether the trails have been unlocked, and which version of the app last asked a grown-up for a rating (so it doesn't ask twice). This never leaves the device, and we can't see it. Deleting the app deletes it.
Purchases
The one in-app purchase (unlocking all trails) is handled entirely by the store you got the app from, Apple's App Store. We never see your name, account or payment details; Apple's own privacy policy covers what it collects. The purchase, Restore Purchases, app ratings, this privacy policy link and the "Email us" button are all behind a parental gate that asks a grown-up question.
If you email us
If you write to us (the grown-ups screen has an "Email us" button), we get your email address and your message. To help us help you, the draft the app opens also lists the app version, which store it came from, the device model, the system version, the app's language and whether the trails are unlocked. You can change or delete any of it before sending, and nothing is sent unless you tap Send. We use emails only to answer you, never for marketing, and keep them only as long as we need them to help you.
Children's privacy
Fairy Trail Run is made for children 5 and under and is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and each app store's rules for children's apps. The app collects nothing from children, and the "Email us" button sits behind the parental gate. If you'd like an email you sent us deleted, just ask.
Your California privacy rights
California law (the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives California residents the right to know what personal information a business collects about them, to have it deleted or corrected, to opt out of its sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be treated differently for using any of these rights. Here is where Fairy Trail Run stands:
- The app collects no personal information, including sensitive personal information. The only personal information we have is what people choose to email us (identifiers: an email address, and the message itself), used only to reply.
- We do not sell or share personal information, and we never have, including that of anyone under 16.
- We do not disclose personal information to anyone for their direct marketing (California's "Shine the Light" law).
You can still ask us about any of these rights by emailing us (below). We'll answer within 45 days, and asking never changes how the app works for you.
Do Not Track
Neither the app nor this website tracks you, across other sites and apps or otherwise, so a browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal has nothing to switch off. We'd honor it if it did.
This website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or trackers, and loads no third-party content (even its fonts are served from here). Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. If a change ever meant the app would collect something, we'd say so on this page before that version of the app came out.
